It was good to see the very mixed group, some regular Climate Activist friends had travelled a long way whilst others were local who I had met for the first time on their door-step. There were even a couple of concerned District Councillors and a mother and son who I spoke to only a day or so beforehand on the allotment. If you are someone who came then thank you for giving up some of your Saturday afternoon to take part in the often lively discussion on the tables. This is what it was all about. As somebody said on their feedback form "a good start"
We learnt a lot from doing it and are keen to put on another event in the near future. We could even do something virtual for people living a long way away. If you would like to get involved then do let me know via the Contact page.
